We had to focus on restructuring how they do business to drive more traffic to their physical store while increasing their online appearance and create an order online system. We helped hire new staff as well as a cooking staff. We set up all their online social media and created all graphics and initial content. We conducted food photography sessions and edited photos and created a menu for online viewing. I.M.I. then organized and implemented accounts with Grubhub and Seamless to allow Caffe Bene the ability to deliver orders through these online portals.
